Fire crews will continue the mop up process, fire line suppression repair and demobilization of excess resources. Temperatures are expected to increase this week with decreasing humidity. Even though the Craig Fire is 100% contained, we ask that all residents in the affected area remain vigilant and to monitor the fire area reporting any significant smokes that may appear. We also ask that all residents in the affected area drive slowly and carefully due to heavy fire resource commitment still in the area. CAL FIRE Incident Command Team #5 has assumed control of the fire. |
