Evacuations:

All voluntary evacuations for the Double Eagle Ranch, Bear Valley Ranch and Wilbur Hot Springs have been lifted.

All roads are open.

Cause: Fire was caused by a vehicle being driven in the area whose metal undercarriage struck a rock. 
Cooperating Agencies: Lake County, Colusa Fire, Colusa County Sheriffs Office, CDCR, CCC, OES  
Total Fire Personnel: 303 (269 CAL FIRE)
Crews: 7
Engines: 12 
Helicopters: 2
Dozers: 4
Water tenders: 3
Cost to Date: $3.2 million
Conditions:

Fire activity is minimal, with aggressive mop up in progress.

Incident Command Team #3 will transition the fire back to the CAL FIRE Sonoma-Lake Napa Unit today.

A Red Flag Warning has been issued for areas near the fire.
