Status Update

Situation Summary

The fire perimeter was tested and held through the wind event. Command of the fire will transition back to local government on Friday, October 7 at 8 a.m. Mop up and patrol of the 49 miles of fireline continues. Fire started in Los Angeles City and moved into Los Angeles County, Ventura County and National Park Service area. Rehabilitation plans for the fire area continue.
