Situation Summary

Estimated control date moved back because of higher winds expected tomorrow that create increased threat to control lines and interior islands are expected to continue to burn out over the next 2 to 3 days.

Due to the remote location, difficult terrain and erratic weather, access to the fire is difficult.

A special team is on scene to decontaminate all equipment that comes off the fire line because of Sudden Oak Death Syndrome (SODS) transfer threat.
