Situation Summary
The fire started as 600 acres in Mexico and burned over the border south of Boundary Peak near Jewel Valley between Boulevard and Jacumba. Gusty winds yesterday afternoon led to an increase in acres burned on the US side.There was no observed fire behavior last night.
