Status Update

Situation Summary

  • CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a vehicle fire on east bound Highway 60 near Jack Rabbit trail in Beaumont. The first arriving engine company reported a small RV fully involved with extension into the surrounding vegetation. The fire is currently 35 acres burning in light vegetation, at a moderate rate of spread. There are no injuries or evacuations.
