Current Situation:

As containment on the fire increases, resources will transition to repair efforts while others will be demobilized. CAL FIRE Incident Management Team 5 has transitioned command of the South Zone back to the Shasta Trinity National Forest. USFS California Interagency Incident Management Team 5 will continue to manage both zones. “Ready, Set, Go” is a user-friendly website that shows homeowners step-by-step instructions for returning home after a wildfire. For more information on wildfires, visit www.readyforwildfire.org. For any questions regarding the Monument Fire call (530) 628-0039 or visit the links listed above.
