Current Situation
Situation Summary
There was no fire growth today. Fire personnel will be actively engaged in mop up and tactical patrol until the fire has reached full containment. Weather for Sunday, into early next week, a cooling trend is expected with higher humidity levels. When driving around the fire, use caution.
The Local Assistance Center will be located at the Weed Community Center, 161 East Lincoln Ave, Weed, CA. It will be open on September 11, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The center will provide access to county departments, service providers, State, Federal as well as many others.
