Current Situation
Situation Summary
There was minimal fire activity throughout the night, fire crews continued to create containment lines. Utility crews continue to work within and around the fire's perimeter. The complex consists of three large fires in Eastern Fresno County as well as several smaller fires. Over the next 72 hours, we will continue to see an increase in temperatures and low relative humidity which could contribute to increased fire activity. As Evacuation Orders and Warnings change, we ask that you continue to drive safely throughout the fire area.
Current fire updates:
Flash/Bolt Fire - Palomino & Elwood Rd, Wonder Valley area, 10,375 acres, 21% contained.
Hog Fire - Watts Valley & Hog Mt. Rd, 293 acres, 80% contained.
Strike Fire - 1 acre, 100% contained.
Fire is impacting communication and power infrastructure.
