Status Update

Situation Summary

[FINAL UPDATE 07/23 7:30 A.M.] The fire was fully contained at 11:00 P.M. 07/22.

UPDATE: The fire remains 15 acres and is now 80% contained. Firefighters will remain on-scene overnight strengthening containment lines and extinguishing hot spots. This will be the final update of the evening unless significant changes dictate otherwise. 

UPDATE: The fire is 15 acres and the forward rate of spread has been stopped. Fire resources will remain on-scene for several hours for mop-up. 

Firefighters are on-scene of a 15 acre fire burning in light to medium fuels at a moderate rate of spread. Additional resources responding.
