Units are on scene of a vegetation fire burning in seasonal grasses. The fire is wind-driven, and crews are facing multiple wind shifts. Areas of the fire are holding along Highway 58. The Incident Commander stated the forward progress is stopped. There are no residential structures threatened; however, the solar panel farms located nearby are threatened.
