Current Situation
Situation Summary
[UPDATE @ 6:00PM]: The total acreage for both fires is now 20.6 acres and 20% contained. The forward rate of spread has been stopped on both branches of the fire. Crews continue to make good progress around the fire with both progressive hose lays and handlines. Road closures remain in place.
Firefighters are on-scene of two vegetation fires burning in close proximity to each other. The smaller of the two fires has been stopped while the second fire continues at a moderate rate of spread. Additional air resources have been requested.
