Current Situation
Situation Summary
[FINAL UPDATE @ 7:15PM]: The fires remain at 20.6 acres and is now 50% contained. Crews will remain on scene throughout the night improving containment lines. All road closures have been lifted. The fire will be turned over to the Bureau of Land Management at 10:30 PM. This will be the last update unless significant activity occurs.
The Fleming Fire consists of two fires burning in close proximity to each other. The forward rate of spread has been stopped on both branches of the fire. Crews continue to make good progress around the fire with both progressive hose lays and handlines. Road closures remain in place.
