Situation Summary

Saturday afternoon, a vehicle fire spread to the vegetation at I-280 and Farm Hill Boulevard in San Mateo County. Multiple agencies were dispatched, and forward progress was stopped within a few hours.

For the first few hours, CAL FIRE was in unified command with Woodside Fire Protection District. Once forward progress was stopped, it was determined that the fire is in the jurisdiction of Woodside Fire Protection District. CAL FIRE is now an assisting agency. All questions should be directed to Woodside Fire Protection District.
