Incident Updates
Per the IC, the fire activity has slowed, and crews are making good progress. The potential for the fire has decreased from 2,000 to 200 acres and is still holding at 170 acres. Acreage may change with more accurate mapping and crews will work into the night to ensure containment.
IC reports they were able to check the head of the fire, and acreage is holding at 170.
Firefighters are on scene of a 150 acre vegetation fire in California Valley with potential for 2,000. The fire is moving at a slow rate of spread and is not currently threatening any structures. The IC is requesting additional resources to augment the initial dispatch.
