The Echo Fire is burning in a remote area off of Proctor Valley Road in the community of Jamul. The fire is burning at a moderate rate of spread in light to medium vegetation.

Shelter in Place: Go inside the nearest safe building, lock all doors and windows, and stay there until local authorities give the "all clear".
