Incident Updates
Evacuation warnings have been lifted for Zone MTG-3410.
Per the Incident Commander, this incident is two separate fires being managed by a single point of contact due to the proximity of the fires to each other. The larger of the two is 140 acres and the second is 90 acres for a combined total of 230 acres.
Forward progress has been stopped on both fires.
Per the Incident Command, forward progress has been stopped.
Firefighters are making progress and the fire is now 20% contained.
Per the Incident Commander, the fire is now 200 acres.
CAL FIRE is at the scene of a vegetation fire that is reported as over 100 acres in grass. Multiple air and ground resources are assigned and enroute. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office has issued and evactuation warning for Zone MTG-3410.
