Incident Updates
The fire is now 100 percent contained. Crews will check the fire for the next few days to ensure no hidden hot spots remain.
A quick response and aggressive fire attack from the air and the ground enabled crews to stop the fire's spread before it impacted any homes. Firefighters worked until dark mopping up within the fire perimeter and have returned to the fire area today to find and extinguish any hot spots.
Firefighters will remain at scene until nightfall and more crews will work a day shift tomorrow to finish mopping up.
The fire is now 31 acres and 60% contained.
All evacuation warnings have been lifted.
Forward progress of the fire has been stopped. Firefighters continue to improve containment and extinguish remaining embers.
