The Mathews Fire is now 100% contained.
Resources made good progress on the Matthews Fire overnight. Mop-Up operations will continue throughout the day.
The Mathews Fire is 80% contained.
Evacuation Orders have been dropped from the Mathews Fire.
Due to conditions on the Mathews Fire, Zone BEV-4490 is being split to reflect that only the areas of Encanto Way and Portero Drive are under an Evacuation ORDER. This Zone is now labeled BEV-4490-A.
Forward progress of the Mathew's Fire has been stopped at 30 acres. Multiple air and ground resources aggressively stopped this fire and will be on scene conducting mop up operations for the next few hours.
Evacuation orders have been updated.
New incident in Shasta County- Mathews Fire, is now 15 acres.
