The fire is now 100 percent contained. It will transition to patrol status with firefighters continuing to monitor the fire area until no smoke is observed for three consecutive days. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The fire is 95 percent contained. There will be three engines, one hand crew and one water tender working the fire Wednesday and then it will move into patrol status starting Thursday.
After a productive day on Tuesday, firefighters now have this fire 85 percent contained.
The fire held in containment lines overnight and is now 65 percent contained. There will be five engines, two water tenders, and one hand crew working the fire Tuesday.
Additional mapping shows the fire burned 78.6 acres. It is now 60 percent contained.
Forward progress of the fire has been stopped. Containment is now at 35 percent.
