Incident Updates
The incident is 100% contained. Resources will be monitoring the area over the next couple of days.
No change in acreage or containment
The fire is now 95% contained. 3 engines and 1 handcrew will continue to work on strengthening containment lines and putting out hotspots today.
The Ledson Fire is now 90% contained.
Significant progress has been made. Crews will remain on scene until the fire is fully contained and all remaining hot spots are secured.
After a productive day on Tuesday, firefighters now have this fire 65 percent contained. Two engines and one water tender will stay on the fire overnight with additional resources scheduled for Wednesday.
The fire is 45 percent contained. It remains at 16.5 acres and held within the established control lines over night.
Firefighters will continue with extensive mop-up operations Tuesday, working through heavy concentrations of dead and downed trees left by the 2017 Nuns Fire and 2020 Glass Fire.
CAL FIRE has approximately 40 total personnel assigned Tuesday, including five engines, one hand crew and one water tender. Crews expect suppression and mop-up efforts to continue over the next several days.

Pythian Road is back open.
Forward progress of the fire has been stopped and crews have hose around the perimeter of the fire. The fire is 10 percent contained. Firefighters continue working on strengthening containment lines. One helicopter remains on scene supporting ground resources with water drops.
Firefighters are making good progress on the fire, which is holding within the retardant lines. Dozers lines are nearly tied in around the perimeter of the fire.
The Ledson Fire is now 13.8 acres.
The fire is approximately 10 acres burning at a moderate rate of spread in grass and timber.
