Incident Updates
The fire is 100% contained. All threats have been mitigated and the fire will be in patrol status. Suppression repair will continue.
The fire remains at 347 acres and is now 95 percent contained. Firefighters will continue to extinguish hot spots and build further containment throughout the day.
The fire remains 347 acres. Containment has increased to 90 percent. All road closures have been lifted.

Crews worked throughout the night strengthening control lines with the assistance of night flying aircraft. Containment is now 60%. Fire remains 347 acres. Crews will continue to mitigate hazards throughout the day.
The fire is now 20% contained as firefighters continue suppression efforts from both the air and ground. Personnel and equipment will remain committed through the night and over the coming days to strengthen and improve containment lines, extinguish hot spots, and mitigate hazards throughout the fire area.
The Evacuation Shelter for the Creelman Fire has been updated.
The fire is approximately 346 acres and fire activity has slowed significantly, allowing for firefighters to gain 5% containment. Firefighters continue to defend structures in the San Diego Country Estates area while constructing and strengthening containment lines and extinguishing remaining hot spots. Two night-flying helicopters have been assigned and will assist suppression efforts this evening, taking advantage of cooler temperatures, higher humidity, and reduced fire activity to further strengthen containment.
