New incident in Mariposa County - Van Fire, is 300 acres in grass expanding at a Dangerous Rate of Spread. Potential for 2000+ acres.

Evacuation Warning: A potential threat to life and/or property. Those who require additional time to evacuate and those with pets and livestock should leave immediately.
Advisory: Residents should be aware of the situation and be prepared to evacuate if conditions worsen.
Shelter in Place: Go inside the nearest safe building, lock all doors and windows, and stay there until local authorities give the "all clear".
