Incident Updates
The Feliz Fire is now 550 acres and 5% contained.
While vehicles are now able to periodically pass through a single-lane of traffic for both directions on Highway 101, please continue to avoid the area for firefighter and public safety.
The Feliz Fire is now 5% contained.
There is a Large Animal Shelter available at the Redwood Empire Fairgrounds, 1055 N. State Street, Ukiah.
Temporary Evacuation Points at Mendocino County Office of Education at 2240 Old River Road, Ukiah, and another at United Disaster Relief at 650 Babcock Lane, Ukiah.
Three night-flying capable helicopters have been ordered by Incident Command, along with a night-flying helicopter supervisor.
Some Evacuation Warnings have been upgraded to Orders and additional Evacuation Warnings have been issued.
The Feliz Fire is now 501 acres, per remote sensing aircraft.
A highway closure has been ordered: Highway 101 from Henry Station Road to River Road (California Highway 175). Please avoid the area for firefighter and public safety.
