Evacuation Orders and Warnings have been lifted at this time.
The fire is holding at 20 acres. Firefighters have established a control line around the fire, and crews are actively working to extinguish spot fires outside the perimeter.
An additional road closure is now in effect at Nishinam Gulch at Highway 49.
A road closure is in effect for the Yuba Fire. Jones Bar Road and Newtown Road.

The fire is burning at a dangerous rate of spread and short range spotting has been observed. Air tankers have been placed on no-divert status to protect life and safety.
