The Riverside Fire has been contained. Firefighters will be on scene for several hours mopping up hot spots.

Firefighters were dispatched to a fire in Pajaro Valley at 4:15pm this afternoon on reports of a burn pile in a field with spread to a 50 x 50 spot of vegetation.
